Blind Date with a Book - Take a Chance on a Mystery Read!

This February, middle and high school students are invited to participate in "Blind Date with a Book!" Stop by the library to check out a mystery book—each one is wrapped up so you won’t know the title or cover until you open it!

Here’s how it works:
📚 Check out a wrapped book and give it a chance!
✍️ Read the book and fill out a short review.
🎟️ Each completed review earns you an entry into a prize drawing!
🏆 At the end of February, one middle school and one high school student will win a prize!

The more blind dates you go on, the better your chances of winning! Will you find your next favorite book?

Join us for a magical night at the Sweet Pea Dance on Wednesday, February 12, 2025, from 5:30-7:30 PM! This special event is designed just for our K-3 students to enjoy a fun-filled evening of music, dancing, and memories.

📸 Capture the moment with sweet photo opportunities!
🍪 Enjoy light refreshments and treats!

Parents are encouraged to attend and share in the fun. Dress up, hit the dance floor, and make this a night to remember! We can’t wait to see our little Sweet Peas there! 💕

🔎 Scavenger Hunt Adventure – Grades 7-12! 🔎

Get ready for an afternoon of fun, teamwork, and competition at the Scio Scavenger Hunt on Thursday, February 20, 2025, from 1:00-3:00 PM! This event is open to all students in grades 7-12 who are up for a challenge.

🏃 Race against other teams to find all the items
